Platform Store Purchases

• If you encounter technical issues (such as an item not being delivered), please contact us at support@appybear.com. We will work with the platform provider to resolve the issue or guide you through their refund process.

Direct Purchases

If you purchased directly from Appy Bear Pty Ltd (outside of an official store platform), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• The digital product has not been consumed or substantially used (e.g., completed content, premium features unlocked).
• Proof of purchase (such as a transaction ID or receipt) is provided.

Non-Refundable Items

• Purchases made more than 14 days ago (direct purchases).
• Content already consumed, redeemed, or substantially used.
• Gifted purchases once redeemed.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Any promotions or discounts will be communicated within the app, relevant app store, or our website.

6. Advertising

Our Services may include advertisements. By using our Services, you acknowledge that we may collect and use information about you to deliver targeted advertisements. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party advertisers. You agree that we may share anonymised data with advertisers and ad networks for the purpose of delivering ads.
